It contains a proprietary blend of coconut oil, palm oil, Safflower oil, Glycerin, Goat's milk, Neem oil, Neem bark, Lavender oil, Cedarwood oil, vitamin E oil, and Watermelon seed oil (known for its' numerous benefits for skin). 
 
Other ingredients- purified water,sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, sorbitan  oleate, oat protein, titanium dioxide
